Property owners place one of their most important assets in your hand. You are contracted to try your best to take care of it.
  • Do not do any damages;
  • Do not make changes in any structure; color; shape and so on;
  • Mow and water the grass regularly;
  • Keep the yards clean and the landscape in a presentable manner;
  • Pay your tent on time.
We enforce the lease terms firmly; late fees are charged for late payment without excuses. Over here you can check the lease terms and rent payment status
